Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when your item ships.
Please note: During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the products ordered.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at info@marblemaniauniverse.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work with our supplier to make it right.
